In Guatemala, only 45% of children who complete primary school have the opportunity to continue their secondary education. Women, children and youth who live in rural areas are the least likely to achieve it. For this reason PAVA promotes education programs aimed at children and young people from the communities of La Loma, Panimachavac and Paxixil de Tecpán, Chimaltenango.

This year we focus our efforts on the school scholarship program, through the "Guardians of Dreams" campaign, 40 elementary students, 17 students of the basic cycle and 15 of the diversified cycle can direct their goals thanks to the support of kind-hearted people who believe in every dreamer.
